Jay A. Fishman, Ltd. is an independent investment counseling firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The Company was incorporated in the State of Michigan in April 1970.

We provide investment counseling and portfolio management services to individuals, families, employee benefit plans, IRAs and tax-exempt institutions. The firm’s primary activities include investment management, portfolio reviews and personal financial consulting.

Portfolios are individually managed pursuant to each client’s investment objective and with a disciplined investment philosophy. Our clients are based throughout the United States and Europe.
